In a mysterious and surreal interzone somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of various characters is part of the other in a surprising and mysterious way. The teachers of Negol and Nazgol find an amount of frozen winter ice money and try to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud directs a group of tourists increasingly bathed by Winnipeg’s monuments and historical places. Matthew leaves his work devoid of meaning in a Quebec government office and embarks on an enigmatic journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identity are rooted, intertwine and echo with a surrealist comedy of poor guidance.
